The MTA Benefits Mental Health program delivers a direct channel to situational support in the moments we need to be heard — from people who truly understand us.
This program is administered by MyRosalie in partnership with MTA Benefits, Inc.
When paid for by a local association, members + dependents have 24/7 access to a customizable digital well-being platform. This includes:
Peer-to-peer support
No cost to covered members and dependents. Early detection and remediation of life's challenges. Confidential appointments available on-demand from certified peer listeners.
Virtual therapy
Measured based therapy from Masters level or higher clinicians with appointments available in as little as 72-hours. Reimbursements happen through member health insurance. Therapy access integrated at no cost and provided by eHome Counseling Group.
Mental health content
A softer introduction to mental well-being. Members can watch videos and read articles on topics pertinent to them when they choose. Articles on vairous topics are also distributed to members on a biweekly basis.
Existing resources
A local's platform is co-branded and can also include any existing resources such as EAP, Telemedicine and other important information. This is your local's on-ramp to all things well-being.

We can help you live your best life and feel better with confidential, convenient, "face-to-face" therapy in the comfort and privacy of your own home, office or school.
Therapy is provided by eHome Counseling Group and partners with most major insurance carriers. If you don't have insurance the client care team will work with you to provide an affordable self-pay plan.
Appointments are confidential and available in as little as 72-hours. All therapists are Master's level or higher.
